Gratinated carp

Preparation

  • Place the carp on a cup on a baking tray
  • First cover with bacon slices, then with cheese
  • Add the tomatoes and onions to the tray
  • Place the tray in the cold oven and bake at approx. 180°C for 50-60 minutes
  • to test whether the carp is cooked through, simply pierce the back
